6K Anti-Cough Run
For the past 7 days I've had a groggy cold and a cough and so didn't run last week but this week I was so tired of coughing and having a lower-than-normal energy level, I took off with Gisi on a light and steady 6K run down the canal and back. It feels great to have had a good 40 minutes blast of fresh air and a steady run to get the circulation going, and since it is now only 9 weeks to half-marathon and 11 weeks to marathon, it's time to slowly get up to speed to be able to take advantage of the six pre-April weeks for some long, hard runs.
