Started running again after a 40-day break, the first 2.5 hours on the road to the Paris marathon in April, want to keep some steady long runs throughout December/January and start getting in some 3.5 - 4.5 hours run in February and March. We'll see how that goes, in any case it was hard getting back into the running groove today, but got almost 2.5 hours in, felt sluggish, but the weather was nice: cool and more like late autumn than winter. Took off at 1:30 P.M. and by the time I got back 4:00 P.M. it was almost dark. Left knee started hurting on last stretch but just ran on it and it pretty much went away. Need to get a couple more of these runs in so running is light and fun again, looking forward to it.
